All of our products are made in small batches by hand without the use of any chemical additives or preservatives.  As a result, there may be small variations in our products from time to time.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted through Viva Wallet, bank transfer.

Shipping

We ship within 2-3 business days upon payment confirmed in Cyprus.  In the event that there is an exception, we will contact you directly with details.  International orders are subject to respective taxes and duties. Please allow two weeks for wholesale orders to ship.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.  Once an order is shipped, we can no longer issue a refund if the products arrive in good condition.  If your order arrives damaged, please promptly let us know and we will be happy to replace it.  We ask that you take a photo of the product and the packaging for us to provide to our shipping company for reimbursement.
