The white tablet (boswellia) contains: - 400mg Boswellin® (Boswellia serrata extract) (70% total boswellic acids / 20% β-boswellic acids/ 2 % AKBBA) - 10mg black pepper
Suggested dosage: one white capsule in the evening with food.
